Located in Foligno, in the heart of Umbria, Casa Mancia is a small hotel fashioned out of a refurbished renaissance residence
The original structure of the building dates back to the 15th Century. Throughout the centuries the residence has been enlarged and a tower and a small church have been added.
In the past it was the lodging of the Authorities of Foligno and since then it has housed many important clerical figures. In the 19th century it became the private residence of the Mancia family. In 2003 it was converted into a picturesque hotel where, thanks to the meticulous reconstruction work that took place, its historical elements are now artfully combined with a more modern design.
Standing in the midst of a beautiful park with palm trees and jasmine vines and only 1300 metres from the historical town centre of Foligno Casa Mancia welcomes its guests by offering comfort, relaxation and the typical Umbrian warmth.
